I'd have tried to make Han OP.... but he already possesses the Falcon Kick... it isn't even fair to give him a boost.

Itachi without sickness and actually being an evil maniac who takes sasuke's eyes and gets EMS and injects himself with hashirama dna from orochimaru and deciding to be the jinchuriki of the Juubi. Itachi would easily be the strongest shinobi, but he sacrificed his life and potential to save his brother and leaf village
