Describe how to do it: Place a seal on the opponent. Prior to that you obviously need to prepare the seal, storing a careful amount of chakra in a precise way so that it triggers the exact desired effect, which is preventing the opponent from using genjutsu for a period of time.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages: Genjutsu-free zone.
Disadvantages: Hard to get close enough to opponent and risk to place a seal when you could use the time to finish him off using other methods.
Combos and possible uses: This is more like a stand-alone technique that provides a supplementary effect, rather than being able to be used in a combination. However, maybe you can place a genjutsu on the opponent in order to immobilize him and get enough time to place the seal.
How to defend against it: Prevent the opponent from touching you or tear the seal from your body before it activates.

What an awful student you are, but you are just about correct, it's a pretty simply technique really, most of the fuuinjutsu are.
Well on the plus side it's your lucky day, since i can apparently teach people this now.

The soul of the user is visible, bound to the Shinigami. The Shinigami then extends its hand through the user's chest, grasping the opponent if he is within short range, and begins pulling out his soul. Once the Shinigami has grasped the opponent, he is completely immobile, although he can use weapons, summonings already existing, etcetera to try and kill the user before the technique completes. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing, locking away the victim and the user's soul to battle for all eternity in the Shinigami's stomach.
Note: If used by the user himself, causes him to die.

The user will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that connects them all together. As such, anything written in one scroll will appear written in all the connected scrolls. A very useful communication technique, it can connect scrolls regardless of the distance between them. To activate the scroll, the user needs to perform a key of hand seals that will be unique for each creation and only known to those the user wishes, preventing the use of the scrolls by those the user doesn't allow.

Describe how to do it: Gather a few scrolls and connect them with chakra and a specific set of handseals. After unlocked the scrolls can be used for communication regardless of range. All you have to do is write the message and it will appear in every connected scroll, once it's unlocked.
How many hand seals does it have: It's specific for each set of scrolls.
Advantages: Excellent for spying missions and long distance communication.
Disadvantages: If the opponent breaks your key he can intercept the messages.
Combos and possible uses: I don't think this is an actual battle jutsu, more like a NW jutsu that is useful for above mentioned reasons. As such, I highly doubt it's able to be used in combos.
How to defend against it: If the opponent is asking for help in the middle of the battle, all you can do is, remember the sequence of handseals he used to open it and then kill him as soon as possible so you can write a new message, saying help is not needed, or you could even lure the opponents one by one, sending specific messages about meeting points, or something like that, lol.

This is a simple seal where the user does 2 simple handseals and slams his ground on a surface. Upon that surface, a 2 meter diameter sealing formula circle of kanjis and markings spreads, activating the technique. Any enemy that makes contact with the formula becomes unable to mold chakra as the sealing technique drains his chakra and his stamina. If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.

THe chakra should force a sealing formula to spread as a circle of kanjis and markings in a 2 meter diameter. If the opponent gets caught in the field he will be unable to mold chakra and will be severely drawn of stamina as well.
How many hand seals does it have: 2 handseals and slam on the ground
Advantages: Excellent for close quarter combat and allows for easy kills.
Disadvantages: 2 handseals and a slam are often too long and too risky to perform in a close quarter combat.
Combos and possible uses: It would be excellent with a genjutsu. Lock your opponent up and then close in enough for the sealing formula to affect him. If it can be pulled of quickly enough, the opponent could be even KO. If it's an immobilizing B rank genjutsu the prevention from molding chakra would essentially prevent him from doing a full body surge, making the genjutsu impossible to release.
How to defend against it: Stay away from the circle of kanji. If you see the opponent performing it and you're in its diameter, make sure to lose contact with the ground as it spreads and land somewhere safe.

(Juinjutsu: Hayaguchikotoba Shīru) Cursed Seal Technique: Tongue Twister Seal

This Cursed Seal was the one given to all members of the ANBU subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about Danzō or the organization could fall into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines. The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.
Note: Usable twice

Describe how to do it:Get close to the opponent and engage him in a CQC and upon making contact place the seal anywhere on his body. Get to a safe distance to activate it and paralyze the opponent. Profit. Win.
How many hand seals does it have: None
Advantages: Excellent for immobilizing the opponent and making sure your attack is the last one.
Disadvantages: It's risky because it can still be released with an appropriate chakra surge.
Combos and possible uses: As every seal so far, I think that this would work tremendously well with genjutsu.
How to defend against it: Release a strong enough body surge. I'm not sure, but I believe an A rank surge would be enough to release from it.

It's useful as a NW trap also, i believe you could inscribe a Kanji symbol on to the paper to suprise an enemy, for example another fuuin perhaps, maybe of the explosive variety.

All correct except the chakra surge, this technique being S rank imo would require either an S or F rank chakra surge, leaning more towards F since the only way Sasuke broke it was by releasing a huge amount of chakra to form his completed Susanoo.
