5) hidan ( he Killed people just for fun)
4) deidara ( bombing anyone who talk badly about his art )
3) orochimaru part1 ( he was the best example of evil however he became a joke in part2)
2) kakuzu (pure evil and he will do anything just for right price)
1) zabuza (despite he's 1st villain but he was best example of the boss who want to rule world)

5) sasuke ( twisted little boy who didn't know what he should do)
4) madara ( he only care about fighting hashirama and spending time with him)
3) sasori ( he used to be awesome until a little girl and old grandma defeated him)
2) orochimaru part2 ( he became gentle and kind guy ! Woow am i still dreaming)
1) obito (he was the best villain when he was tobi! Until it revealed that he's obito who made this war because you let rin die )
