Considering how chakra exhausting a majority of Deidara's higher end art projects are, he has limited clay.... And Kisame's movement speed in the water [Fused and not] is near unparalleled.... Safe to say Deidara runs out of clay, or runs low on it or chakra soon enough.

No. Samehada is not absorbing that amount of chakra multiple times, as the limit for Samehada is a 6tails cloak worth.

And your wrong with the flame thing. For some reason, the blasts are regular or even amplified when underwater for some reason.
