Reasons why Ay wouldn't be poisoned by sasori:

-Chodori barely surpassed his skin, the poison needles ain't hurting him
- If sakura and Chiyo could dodge them Ay easely does..

The problem is the 3rd kazekage puppet, i don't have knowledge on sasori's abilities
