How quickly would Hashirama have fodderize Ems Madara at VOTE without kyuubi?

Well, even without the Kyuubi, Madara and Hashirama considered each other equals on the battlefield. I think the battle would have been long-winded either way - it simply would not have included Mito becoming a Jinchuriki [and any of the sealing ninjutsu associated with it.]

Thus far it's been portrayed [even in current events] that Hashirama cannot best The Perfect Susano'o without The Shin-Shuusenju as his tactics against it at VOTE all faltered before it's destruction incarnate swords swipes and highly notable defences.Canon claims Hashirama and Prime EMS Madara were roughly on par which was later proven true as without the kyuubi's help he beat Hashirama out of Sennin Modo along with the remains of Shin-shuusenju and what other mokuton jutsu he brought to the table during that time. However, Hashirama was the stronger of the pair as it was highlighted in his whim victory. ​

Haha, what a joke. It would be low-mid at most. Kyuubi was what made it high difficulty. No Kurama means Hashirama can just use Wood Golem all day and laugh at Madara.

Shinsuusenju already took out Perfect Susanoo when it was armored onto Kurama, though it lost all its hands. Only because Kurama could rapid fire Bijuu Dama equipped with PS's blades, a far greater DC than PS has alone, far greater. If Shinsuusenju and Perfect Susanoo alone had clashed at VoTE, it would have ended with Madara's PS destroyed with Shinsuusenju still intact unlike manga canon.

Without Kurama the battle would have ended there, the last CQC confrontation never would have happened.

That classifies as mid difficulty.

Fight could go two ways:

1. Hashirama uses Shinsenjuu right away and absolutely obliterates Perfect Susano'o with minimal damage

OR

2. Hashirama just outlasts Madara just using the Golem/Human and or slams the Gates on Madara when he loses PS (from chakra exhaustion)

First scenario is low-mid difficulty

Second Scenario because it takes longer is medium difficulty.
