Take your post for example. Sasuke isn't even clos to overrated since the majority of the people on the base bash him. You personally dislike Sasuke so you say he's overrated.
Now take Kakashi. He is not the most underrated. You just like him a lot and want others to like him. He is not underrated because people always say that he is invincible with Kamui.

Sasori did not lose to Sakura. Sasori allowed CHIYO to kill him, Sasori committed suicide and then pretended they beat him on their own to keep up his emotionless-rep. 1 VS 1 that day, Sakura wouldn't have made it past the Kazekage puppet.

I concur.. There will only be a few people that will be honest, just look at how many Tobirama and Sasuke haters have flooded here.

Most overrated: RG Madara (The difference between EMS Madara and RG Madara is exaggerated, especially considering he is in Edo form)
