Sandaime Kazekage's jutsu has never shown to be capable to manipulate weaponery. More like they paralyse them because of rust. The sand actually needs to be in contact with the weapon anyway in order for it to work

Countering Minato's speed won't be hard for someone like Sasori. With Minato having no knowledge on Sasori's real body, he won't know about the heart so that alone puts Minato at disadvantage here. Once Sasori witnesses how much of a pain, Minato's speed is, he will take off to the skies.

If Sasori up against flying opponents or if he is up against someone who is dangerous on the ground, Sasori will without a doubt create a Satetsu Bird or some other Satetsu shape and fly off. Now since I have established how Sasori can fly, the only thing that is left is to establish how fast would Sasori be exactly. In all honesty, in the air, Sasori would be faster than any other aerial shinobi we have seen in the manga up until now. The ones that are extremely fast in air are without a doubt Deidara and Ohnoki so even Aktsuchi, who was flying, couldn't keep up with them at all. [

Now to start off, what do I mean by ''Satetsu no Yoroi''? Simple. I mean that Sasori can do the same thing Gaara does with his normal Sand. He can basically copy Gaara's Suna no Yoroi [

] with his Satetsu since as we know Sasori can make any shape out of the Satetsu he wants [

], including a Satetsu no Yoroi. To understand how the technique works, let's look at it's description.

Using this technique, Gaara can cover himself in a compacted layer of sand, providing an additional defence should his Shield of Sand fail; combined, these two are known as Gaara's "Absolute Defence" (絶対防御, Zettai Bōgyo). Though quite effective, maintaining the armour requires a large amount of chakra and stamina. Furthermore, it is nowhere as resilient as the Shield of Sand, since it easily breaks away upon impact, indicating that the sole purpose of the armour is to absorb impact channelled unto Gaara's body during battle. Another weakness is the additional weight of the sand which leads to decreased levels of speed and mobility.

Looking at the weaknesses of the Sand no Yoroi we could conclude that if Sasori uses a Satetsu no Yoroi, it will gain the same exact weaknesses. However, unlike Gaara, Sasori's own body backs up for these weaknesses. The Satetsu no Yoroi may be heavy and need a lot of Chakra, but Sasori is a puppet so he won't have any stamina problems nor will he have any probably moving with the Satetsu no Yoroi due to the fact that he is a Puppet so weight won't effect his body that much. Now how does the Satetsu no Yoroi help Sasori in battle and why would he wear Satetsu no Yoroi? Simple. Satetsu no Yoroi can serve as an another shield if someone happens to come close to Sasori's body or if against certain opponents such as Minato and Itachi, he won't be in danger that much since Minato wouldn't be able to tag him due to the Satetsu no Yoroi that he could just shed and against Itachi if Amaterasu hits him, he can just shed that layer of Satetsu and put up a new one. Also the Satetsu no Yoroi would to it's job defending his core. And as for the reason why would he wear a Satetsu no Yoroi; Well if Sasori decides that the opponent he is fighting against is dangerous there is no doubt that Sasori would put up Satetsu no Yoroi since as stated in the Databook, Sasori prefers to fight in a position where he is safe [

Basically this will greatly improve the defenses of Sasori himself and his core. Gaara was able to tank a direct hit from Lee and all that hit managed to do was crack Gaara's Suna no Yoroi while Gaara himself didn't recieve any damage at all. [

] That's not all. Gaara was even able to tank a hit from Lee's foot with Suna no Yoroi which left only a scratch on it. [

Keep in mind that Sasori can use Satetsu no Yoroi to defend his Sandaime Kazekage Puppet as well and since he is a Puppet, he won't have any Chakra problems. Not to mention that this would be a good defense for his core.

Now Minato won't have a chance of getting to Sasori anymore because let's look at Sasori's defense here:

• Sasori will be flying so Minato can't even reach him.
• Minato doesn't know about Sasori's core so if he hits him, it won't affect his body due to the fact that even Sakura's punch couldn't break Sasori's body. [

This would be nice and all, but the Sandaime's Magnetism controls all metallic weapons so Sasori can control and destroy Minato's FTG Kunai. [

] Furthermore he could just kill off Minato at the start by using the kunais inside Minato's cloak to stab him. In the end, Sasori doesn't even need to do this. Since Minato places the kunai and marks on the ground only and since he is a ground based opponent, a Satetsu Tsunami would end this.

Over my time on the Versus section, I have seen that people tend to underestimate Sasori because they imply that he has a small amount of Satetsu. That's also the main reason why he is underestimate in Sasori vs. Gaara threads. What I would like to say is that Sasori can expand his amount of Satetsu whenever he wants and make himself basically an advanced Gaara in the desert. To explain how I came to this conclusion, first off let's look at the amount of Satetsu that came out of the Sandaime Kazekage's mouths.

When we look at the amount of Satetsu, we can come to a conclusion that the amount of Satetsu present there isn't even bigger than the Sandaime Kazekage Puppet. Looking at an another manga page, we can see that it was barely as big as Sasori himself. [

] That shouldn't be very impressive since Sasori isn't really tall. Just look at what wiki says on how tall he is.

Height: 164.1 cm

Even people like Naruto are taller than him. Since the Satetsu that came out of the Kazekage's isn't really any bigger than him, it means that it shouldn't have been able to create some huge Satetsu stuff. The biggest Satetsu attack that amount of Satetsu could have created is Satetsu Shigure. [

The Satetsu Triangle, Rectangle and Wings now all happen to be bigger than the Sandaime Kazekage Puppet itself while previously when the Satetsu came out of the Kazekage's mouths, the Satetsu wasn't even as big as the puppet and it barely was as big as Sasori himself. This means that Sasori indeed did expand the amount of his Satetsu via Magnetic Fields of the Sandaime Kazekage Puppet. And that's not all. What happened when Sasori decided to end the battle, he used Satetsu Kaihou which was basically able to cover the whole cave except some parts. [

] You can conclude that by seeing what Sakura said. ''It's going everywhere!''. And back when we look at the Satetsu Wings, Triangle and Rectangle, we can see that those Satetsu shapes were barely as big as a small part of the cave [

] And then let's look at what happened once the Sandaime Kazekage was destroyed. All of the Satetsu that was used for Satetsu Kaihou started turning into normal Iron Sand again. [

] Where did all of this Iron Sand come from when Sasori didn't have this much when it first came out which means that it should be fairly obvious that Sasori generates and expands more Satetsu via the Sandaime's Magnetic Field.

A wave of Satetsu falling down and when we compare it to the amount of Satetsu that came out of the Sandaime's mouths, you'll see that there is a lot more Satetsu now since that whole wave could basically envelope Sakura. And furthermore, when we look at the Satetsu once it has fallen down on the ground and compare it to Chiyo and Sakura, we could basically see a lake of Satetsu in which they could even take a bathe in.

Conclusion and clearing up some misconceptions:​
