First off, I still think Sasori wins, but it is definitely not a stomp, and people think Tobirama needs his edos to be strong. You guys are buffoons. Tobirama uses his edos as nukes and homing missiles with FTG. He doesn't need them like Kabuto and Oro need them.

I actually think Tobirama can take this, if Sasori doesn't start with the 3rd Kazekage.

Yes it does, like must jutsu's. Obviously the opponent wouldn't be stagnant and wait for the jutsu to slice him. (S)he'll obviously counter defend and counter attack.
