Actually, not true. The presence was not able to kill the Great Evil Beast, and said the writers had more power than him, he was also not able to reach Micheal and Lucifer on several occaisons. Just an incredibly nigh-omni. Beyonders/HOTU Thanos level, but not ToAA's level.

The one above all can reality warp omniversaly, reality warping is an ability, when ur debating or pitting the character against other verses u can't just limit those abilities just cause u said so or think they can't (unless the OP restricts or specifies), it's like saying goku can planet bust but he can't do it in NV since he's in a complete different verse, obviously he can, same for TOAA he can reality warp the enitre mulitverse of any verse he's pitted against...ohh FFS man.
