2. Kabuto - He saved a dying hinata and he technically has the same ability as Hashirama which is called Yin Healing Wound Destruction which Tsunade copied kabuto and made Cell Activation Technique
3. Karin - she saved 5 almost dead kages and it seems she has the one of the best techniques but someone has to bite her so it seems like a drawbac

If the question was who is best at regeneration himself/herself in mid combat I would say:

1. Kimimaru
2. Hashirama
3. Kabuto

I wouldnt call them true medical ninjas. Hashirama can regenerate himself, while Kimimaro can only regenerate his skin, none of them can heal others.
