Describe how to do it:
I begin gathering my wind spiritual and physical energy then i focus it in my right hand. I use shape manipulation to give it the form of a wave and with a hand motion i release the chakra, as i do (in less than a second and at a high speed) the chakra converts into pure wind that travels towards my enemy as a wind wave and slashes him.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages: The jutsu is fast and doesn't require hand seals.
Disadvantages: Weak and easy to counter.
Combos and possible uses:
It'll work better if i attacked the enemy using earth Shaking palm before sending the wave.
I'd also use the Great Fire Majestic Annihilation technique, i'll harm the enemy with it and if i didn't, i'll block his field of vision, i'll get behind the huge flames and attack using The Wind terror, the wind wave shall pass through the fire which 'll increase it's power so the enemy won't have time to counter.
How to defend against it: An earth wall should do the trick.

Fire also works, i will mention once that i expect a lot more detail from my students, so please add more detail to your forms for each technique and this will go a lot smoother.
Don't just say stuff like "An earth wall should do the trick" be specific, name the techniques and how or why you would use that technique amongst other things.

Ok a few problems, on your previous technique i shall begin, C rank earth will not defend against B rank wind, earth is naturally strong to water, and neutral to wind, meaning only a B rank earth would have worked.
The elements work like a circle, Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water >
Moving back to fire at the end, keep that in mind.
Second problem is your disadvantage of needing a sword, it's untrue any bladed weapon, kunai etc will suffice.
But that is a minor issue, the main issue is your description of the combination, without Yin/Yang mastery you can never use two techniques so quickly in conjunction, to combine this technique with fire, you need to fully complete the fire technique or the wind technique first, preferably the fire since it travels slightly slower, then once it is completely released, draw your weapon and perform this technique.

With that said it's time to continue onwards.

Describe how to do it:
I begin collecting my Fuuton chakra, i focus it in my lungs, then i add more chakra to make them resistant to pressure, i preform two hand-seal then i clear my mind and start creating an image of a huge disk that resembles a Daemon Shuriken.
After doing that i copy the shape of the disk image and concentrate my chakra, and through the use of Shape manipulation i release the wind in my lungs in the form of a huge Spinning disk that travels towards my opponent and slices through him.
How many hand seals does it have:
-None if the bio had a Fan (Giant Fan/Madara's Gunbai)
-Two
Advantages:
-Can be used against huge summons.
-Strong jutsu and doesn't require too much chakra.
-Requires two hand-seal only.
Disadvantages:
Easy to counter and to notice, using it directly towards a strong Ninja is just a waste of time, chakra and move.
Combos and possible uses:
-Using it against strong Summons.

Would it work if i used the Rising Tempest Wall Technique in a combo with the Dragon Flame Blitz technique and combined them before the fire ball(s) reach the opponent?

*I take a Japanese war Gunbai with my right hand, now i begin collecting my wind style chakra then i channel it into the Gunbai, i keep adding and focusing chakra, then i clear my mind, and channel it with my chakra to feel the chakra and manipulate it easily, i aim at my target then i activate the jutsu, as i swing with my Gunbai the focused wind chakra make my gunbai stronger enough to push the air and send a huge blast of win at the enemy. The powerful wind travels and pushes the air that impacts it so it get's stronger and bigger on it's way. The wind blast impacts the target and sends them flying.*
How many hand seals does it have:

Advantages:
- The target loses balance after impacting it, which gives me the ability to attack using another strong and fast attack.
- Can be used to get rid of annoying shadow clones.
- Can be used to blow away more than one target if they were close to each other.
Disadvantages:
- Can't effect huge summons.
- It would have been better if i could use this jutsu against long range targets.
Combos and possible uses:
- I can get a shadow clone to use it, and then i'll marge it with a fire technique to make it stronger.
- I can blow away short range targets, as they land on the ground i'll cause Earth Spikes to appear behind them and kill the enemy.

Then i use the chakra in my lungs to increase the amount of wind that i'm going to exhale, so i aim at my target and exhale a powerful stream of wind from my mouth that travels in the air and blows my enemy away.

Describe how to do it:
I take my shiny katana, then i begin gathering some of my Fuuton chakra, then i start channeling and focusing the chakra in the sword, when i feel like the katana won't be able to take all that chakra, i stop channeling and without wasting any time, i channel a small amount of chakra into the sword, the chakra is connected to my brain which makes ieasier for me to manipulate the sword chakra since it's connected to my mind and imagination, so i use shape manipulation to give it the form of a wind vortex, then i execute the jutsu by releasing the chakra that takes the shape of a vortex that surrounds me and defends my body from incoming objects.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages:
Can be used to defend against Sand Release users.
Disadvantages:
I can say one thing, this jutsu is one of the most useless techniques in the Ninja world and the RP system lol, i mean imagine getting attacked with a huge rock, or an A/R rank fire technique, i won't have the chance to defend nor to react since it also blocks my vision as shown in the picture.
Combos and possible uses:
Would use it i was attacked by a clone and the enemy was busy doing something else xD.
How to defend against it:
As i said, i'd attack the enemy with a huge boulder or a massive fore stream while executing this technique.

Describe how to do it:
I reach to my Ninja pouch with my right hand grabbing a Kunai, as i catch the Kunai with my right i gather up a fair amount of my Wind release chakra and focus it in my lungs, then i clear my mind, and using my shape manipulation skill, and with a huge concentration without moving a muscle (since i won't be using any hand-seals) i slowly release the wind chakra in my lungs and stick it to the kunai, i use two types of shape manipulations, the first one makes the wind sharper than rock, the second part or type, is the one used to give the wind the form of a sword.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages:
The best way to fight Samurai.
Can with any kind of weapons which is useful.
Can cut rock.
A one hit kill technique.
Disadvantages:
Can be used against the user himself (just like when Danzo threw the shuriken at Sasuke but the shuriken missed and Sakue's hock toke it and threw it at Danzo).
Combos and possible uses:
I can use it to strengthen the blade of Gunbai which'll give me an advantage against short range fighters.
How to defend against it:
By exhaling flames, which'll create smoke that'll block the foe's field of vision.

Describe how to do it:
I start gathering my wind style chakra, then i focus it in my body, i make my eso****us and lungs resistant to wind pressure by covering them with chakra layers, then i clear my mind, and create the image of a twister in my imagination, i put the image a small amount of chakra then i merge it with the main chakra which i will be using for the technique. I use shape manipulation to release the wind chakra in the form of a powerful wind twister that damages the enemy.

Advantages:
Doesn't require any hand-seals.
Can be used against more than one enemy.
Disadvantages:
If merged with a fire technique, the twister can block my vision because of the smoke.

Can be used to counter the attack of many clones, or against a Samurai attack.

By exhaling a C/B rank fire technique.

Describe how to do it:
I reach to the handle of my Katana with my right hand, and catch sheath with my left, as i hold the sheath i pull the sword with my right hand.
I catch the Katana with both my hands, as i do, i begin gathering my wind release chakra and focus it in my hands, then using shape manipulation i program the chakra to take the shape of whatever it's merged with (just like air), then i channel the chakra into the sword, and automatically the chakra takes the shape of the blade, i use shape manipulation again to define that as it's final shape.
After doing all that, i aim at my foe, then i quickly swing the sword, as i do, i cause the chakra to be released in the shape of the blade, as i realse it, the wind chakra converts into pure sharpe wind and extends while traveling towards the opponent in the air ending up causing a huge damage to the enemy.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages:
A good way to fight against a Samurai or a Kenjutsu fighter without even mastering kenjutsu. (And using a jutsu like this in a fun RP battle gives a beautiful sense of....... fun?.... you know, ever since i started buying those old manga books from a japanese store in Long Island lol, and i used to see pictures of Ninja or fighters swinging their swords and sending waves of wind or power to their enemies. So learning a dynamic jutsu like this one is kind of cool.)
The wave extends while flying towards the target.
Disadvantages:
Countering it is quite easy, the user sends a transparent wave of wind that doesn't surprise the enemy at all.
Combos and possible uses:
I'd cause the enemy to lose balance by using Earth release: world shaking or something like that before attacking with the sword attack.
How to defend against it:
Using an A-Rank fire technique.
I'd make a C-rank earth wall to rise from the ground and bow, just in case >_>.

How many hand seals does it have:
I catch two swords with my hands, then i begin gathering a good amount of my wind release chakra, after doing so, i begin focusing the chakra in both my hands, then i channel the chakra into the Kanatas, this time without using shape manipulation i add chakra to the swords to strengthen the other wind chakra, then i aim at the enemy and in a strong move, with a good effort i swing the swords, while doing so i appear to be having some difficulty because i look like some that pushes wind, as i finish swinging, i release the chakra from the swords in the form of two wind gusts that hurls towards the enemy and blows him away.
Advantages:
Unlike the other jutsu, the wind gusts are quite bigger by they don't cause the effect of sharp wind.
Disadvantages:
Just like the other jutsu, the enemy can see through the gusts and counter easily.
Requires two swords, i won't add a sword to my bio just to perform this technique Lol.
Combos and possible uses:
I would cause fire to erupt in front of the enemy i'd slash my swords and attack with the gusts of wind, they'll logically get stronger, and strengthen the fire wall in front of the enemy.
How to defend against it:
Just like the blade shock technique.

Describe how to do it:
I grab my huge Japanese Gunbai with both my hands, then i i start collecting a fair amount of my Wind chakra and focus it in the Gunbai, i keep focusing the chakra until i fill the Gunbai with it, then create a small amount of chakra and out it in my brain, after doing so i create the image of a tornado in my imagination, and then i copy the shape of the tornado, and how it erupts and all the required information, as i finish, i put the info in the small chakra and merge it with the Gunbai chakra, then i aim at my opponent, and with a small effort i flap the Gunbai which causes the wind chakra to get out and in one second it turns to a strong tornado which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides.
How many hand seals does it have:
-None.
-Four.
Advantages:
Causes more than one type of damage, (cutting, blowing away the enemy, causing them to spin in the tornado which'll harm their bones).
Can create a huge fire tornado if mixed with a fire technique.
Disadvantages:
Block the user's field of vision.
Combos and possible uses:
I would use it in a combo with with the S-rank majestic fire annihilation technique, the terrain would be filled with fire, and cause a huge damage to everyone.
How to defend against it:
I'd create a strong Earth attack that engulfs everything in it's path using Earth Release: Mudslide Technique.

Describe how to do it:
I start gathering my wind chakra and focus it in my hands, and then, suddenly Adrenalin starts flowing in my body at a crazy speed giving me an immense ability and intent of fighting, so i as i breath quickly like a monster so i perform several quick hand-seals, as i do, i pull my two Katanas from their sheaths, and with no hesitation i channel the wind chakra in my hands into them.
The enemy attacks me with a B-Rank Wind technique, so i counter by swinging with my swords, as i do, i cause the chakra inside the Katanas to be released and convert into a ball-like vortex of pure wind that blocks the enemy's attack.
How many hand seals does it have:
The number is unknown, but i think i'll use more than three hand-seals in order to execute the jutsu.
Advantages:
Can be used for offense, defense, and for supplementary objectives.
Disadvantages:
Requires hand-seals and a sword, the enemy can attack in the small amount of time between the hand-seals and the sword pulling operations.
Combos and possible uses:
I would only use it to block B-Rank wind techniques, or to block the enemy's vision in a desert terrain by causing the wind to blow sand in the enemy's eyes.
How to defend against it:
If it was used by the enemy to block my Wind technique, i'd blow a fire ball from my mouth as the two wind techniques impact, and then, logically smoke should block the enemy's sight for an instant, which'll give me the time to attack with a strong technique.

Describe how to do it:
(The battle terrain is in the desert, dust and sand is all over the place and the enemy is mid range away from me).
I gather my wind release chakra then i focus it in my lungs, i gather more chakra and use it to strengthen my lungs and eso****us and to make them resistant to pressure since this jutsu will need some pressure to be executed properly, then i simply add more chakra to the one stored in my lungs, and then i inhale some air, as it reaches my lungs and comes in contact with the wind chakra, the chakra converts automatically to pure wind, and automatically exhale a huge amount of wind from my mouth, the wind is quite fast that it can blow the enemy away, but what's more, as it gets out of my mouth is takes sand and dusts with it and put it in the enemy's eyes as it blows him away.
How many hand seals does it have:
None.

Causes several types of damage (vision blocking, and blowing the enemy away).
Can be used to get rid of annoying clones.

The terrain must be filled with dust/sand in order to execute the jutsu properly.

Nothin would be better than being in the hot desert, and blow sand in the enemy's eyes, and blow him away using wind, AND exhale fire and attack him with it at the same time.
