Much more logical prediction in my opinion, Naruto isn't the type to create his own jutsu. He likes to take what he knows and use it creatively.

You say TBB has nothing to do with storm, but 1) you said rasangan does, and rasangan is based off of TBB, 2) adding wind nature would related it to a strom no matter what, and 3) why does his next technique HAVE to be related to a storm.

Finally your storm jutsu and this one are both ure fan-fiction, you can't possibly argue which one is stronger :eww:

but dat tbb got no effect on obito's onmyoudon as he can predict it's direction!!...but a strom has advantage..dat is storm spreads in infinite direction..he cant predict from which direction storm will encounter him..

A storm has never, nor will it ever, destroy a world.?

No matter how much damage a storm does to the surface of a planet, it never really damages the planet itself. You're comparing a hurricane to an atom bomb. Sure a hurricane last longer, but an atom bomb is complete devastation in a flash. People survive or come back to rebuild shortly after a hurricane. The effects of an atom bomb last for generations.

dude u dont get it..i m comparing it in a fictional world...a storm can deviate max. attacks of juubito..but tbbs have got no effect on him..storm can be kept for longer time which may trouble him a bit..
