My first ever try at Top 10 (actually 11).
All the characters are in their prime.
Hashirama Madara and Tobirama are not Edo.
Sasuke doesn't have SM Susano (needs Jugo)
Minato has no BM or KCM because those are temporary until Naruro gets the full Kurama.

Sasuke without Jugo is weaker than Naruto.

Kabuto is stronger than Itachi, non Kcm Minato, Tobirama, and Orochimaru.

Well, Sandaime Kazekage is one of those hype characters.

Well... Kabuto without Edo Tensei managed to place multiple kill shots on an Itachi who didn't suffer from Stamina drains or desiese. He also was capable of soloing Edo Itachi had Sasuke not been there to prevent the Tag Re-write.


Kabuto is a badass. With his Edo Army and himself... he's easily able to place in the tops. I'd place him after or in front of Edo Madara depending on how well Madara can actually use the Rinnegan.
