After 3-5 minutes into this fight Gaara floods the battlefield with Sand, and it's GG.

He didn't even tried doing that against Madara. Zzz

You're forgetting Gaara had already solo'd 2 Kages not too long before going up against Madara.

And still contributed nicely.

if they really have the necesseraly chakra to do that then why do they never use more than 1 boss summon?

Orochimaru summoned 2 giant snakes + Manda during the Sannin fight and didn't look especially exhaused, even though he had all chakra points located in his arms blocked.

It doesn't change the fact that they were giant. Fodder not fodder, a giant snake can execute a heavy strike and tank Sasori's senbon and stuff. Now there's not 1 but 2 giant fodder snakes, Manda, Gamabunta, another 2 Oro's ribbon Snakes, + more Jiraya's toads + Ma and Pa.

They were still giant snakes. And if I remember correctly, summoning a boss summon takes a lot of chakra. That's why Sakura couldn't summon Katsuyu against Sasori for example.

Jiraiya's frog song? Sasori's flight, or even the breaking of the sound barrier could counter that really, halting the vibrations...

or just kills Jiraiya and the frogs before its completed,

Why not just let Sasori flood the field instead? His Satetsu is poisonous and it's heavier.

I greatly believe Jiraya can solo this. With Orochimaru it's more of a stomp

I've got Orochimaru and Jiraya Mid difficulty. I don't see how Gaara deals with Jiraya. Toad Flame Bombs, The Oil, Gamabunta's Water Bullets and Wild Lion Mane Technique should be able to deal with Gaara. Not to even mention Sage Mode which gives him sensory skills which help in dodging both Gaara's Sand and Sasori's Puppets. I find Orochimaru and Jiraya far to dangerous with summonings for Gaara and Sasori to mount a meaningful offense.

Orochimaru's Formation of 10k Snakes is also something that has poison and Sword of Kusanagi type blades coming out of it which will be very hard to deal with. Orochimaru's Eight Branche's Technique is too deadly. Orochimaru is almost impossible to kill, which is why he makes a good match for sasori. Not to mention to Sword of Kusanagi can be controlled by Orochimaru without him putting himself in direct danger of either of them.
