left some other uchiha clan members alive. I find it highly unlikely that EVERY single Uchiha clan member was in the village that night. And that Itachi and Obito killed children.. Itachi told Sasuke the reason why he didn't kill him was because he was just a child and he knew nothing but there must have been other children like him..

exactly this. Surely, even some the adults didn't know about. I doubt Sasuke's aunt knew anything. Any Uchiha civilians would also not be involved. Then you take into account the Uchiha that were bullied into joining like they tried with Itachi. They were killed too though they weren't exactly willing. then there's what the op said, it would be one massive plot contrivance for the entire clan which has to over a hundred at least to be in the village at the same time in the same district. Seriously, no one was late coming home and missed the massacre?

Itachi would still be complicit.Thus, it's still a plot hole for the guy who keeps claiming he spared Sasuke because he was innocent while letting other Uchiha children die. I suppose it was his bond that prevented Itachi form killing Sasuke, not what he claims.

It's not a plot hole, it was specifically said that Itachi with the help of Obito slaughtered the entire uchiha clan excluding sasuke.

If itachi did not kill the kids, then the logical answer would be obito Via kamui which wouldn't take too much time.

I disagree. letting someone die that you can save is as immoral as actually killing them. Itachi claimed to protect Sasuke before he was innocent but he let Obito murder any other Uchiha children. Then he goes around claiming to have spared Sasuke because he was innocent. If this isn't a plot hole, then it's a character inconsistency.

Then he goes around claiming to have spared Sasuke because he was innocent. If this isn't a plot hole, then it's a character inconsistency.

Well again this could mean 2 things.

1. Itachi did not kill any children leaving them to obito.

2. Itachi only said that to sasuke in order to conceal his love for Sasuke. [keep in mind that itachi didn't want sasuke to find out]

What about my other points? And also I doubt Itachi would've just let Obito kill them. Maybe he did maybe he didn't but I highly doubt it. Itachi did make Obito swear not to touch the hidden leaf so why not a couple of kids?

well seeing as there isn't any other uchiha's that we know of, We can conclude that obito sucked them all up due via kamui.

Well if they were in the midst of planning the coup, it's not actually that far fetched that they were all in the Village at the time. But at the same time it's weird. If there were other Uchiha children around the same age as Sasuke, then they would have arrived late too plus surely the senior members were on a mission.

I agree with the first part. However, just because Sasuke was late, doesn't mean the other children would be late. This is a sweeping generalization. Yes, at least some senior members should have been on a mission.

You're assuming every Uchiha would react in the same way Sasuke did (sweeping generalization logical fallacy). While there's a chance, they'd react the same way, it's not certain they would. They could return to the village, remain missing-nins but refuse to massacre a village, form their own village, join another village, plot to kill the elders but not everyone or return to village but plot to kill the elders. You're also assuming that they would all know the truth behind the Massacre when the whole plan was to keep the truth hidden from them.
