i dont want to break the ice of sakura fans but i have to say this

the level of a ninja should be fixed based upon their ability to fight ( because ninja are meant to fight)

if we analyse sakura's fighting skills

intelligence 3/5

as we all know sakura has significant bookish knowledge , but lacks perseptive skills like being able to find flaws and work on them to beat the jutsu in a relatively small span

ninjutsu 2/5

clone technique , substitution , genjutsu breaking , and her seal justsus( which cant be counted as offensive since they dont do any damage to the opponent instead are used to save other members while someone stands guard)

taijustu 2/5

people generally say her taijutsu is gud as she has immense strength . this is not true , being able to hit hard is not suffiecient unless the enemy feels the power of it , sakura's taijutsu is as gud as or even less than kabuto's taijuts when fighting naruto( part 1)

speed 1.5/5

i cant improve above this as her speed is not very great( well i cant remember any , but am ready to change them if someone shows
scans)

her healing skills dont do any gud when a person is occupied healing leaving them open for attack

but will agree that having katsuyu as summon can save her ass

overall she is justified to be high chunin- very low jounin

0.5-2 below average
2.5-3.5 average
4-5 above average. Just thought I'd let ya know.

Iruka has a 3 in ninjutsu. Just like to let you know about that.

Asuma has a 4.5 in Taijutsu and Lee has a 5. Sai has a 3.5.

Genjutsu. This is knowledge+breaking+actual genjutsu skill divided by three. 3.5 is pretty good.

Intelligence: Kidomaru from the sound four has a 4/5, Kakashi has a 5/5, GAI has 3/5.

Strength: I was saying a 3/5 isn't powered by chakra.

Speed: Kiba has a 4.5. Choji has a 2/5. Sakura deserves her 3.

Stamina: Well. this is debatable so I'll just ignore it.

Hand seals: It doesn't show it in the manga, but the healing jutsu requires hand seals.

She isn't some slug who will never land a hit or never dodge.
