Mito and Tsunade have the same seal?

I haven't really been into Naruto Shippuden and stuff lately so if I'm late whatever, but I see that Mito Uzumaki has the same seal as Tsunade. Does this mean that Mito taught Hashirama? Who then taught Tsunade, or maybe she just picked up on it reading scrolls of techniques?

Mito taught Hashirama and Hashirama documented the technique on a scroll which was then found and read by Tsunade.

Thought evidence today doesn't support such things seeing as how MIto was a master sealer and Tsunade was her granddaughter, Tsunade seems to have Hashirama's abilities, but Mito seal. I will say that Mito have the same seal, but Tsunade uses it for medical ninjutsu and Mito most likely used it for Kuruma.

She had to fill her vessel with love so Kurama's hate wouldn't take over.

Yes, Notice how the seal can give you a connection to a beat, tsunade/sakura= Katsuyu, mito= Kuruma. It's only function is to store and release chakra, Mito was the best sealer of her time, so she most likely stored it inside of herself, she didn't require the same seal as Naruto did, as she was mature and could handle it's power, she most likely stored it in her yinseal, which she should have had prior to becoming a jinc.
The seal displays all of the abilities tailed beast displays.
