I don't why but I want him to either team up with luffy or join the crew and IDK why BUT it would be awesome if he did

Doflamingo's bounty is a little different, because he has probably been a Shichibukai for quite some time. Also, bounties dont always reflect someone's strengt.

OT: He may become an allie to Luffy at the EoS, but he will never join the crew. Crocodile loves being his own boss too much IMO.

Why not? A bounty is never enough for a StrawHat...
Zoro will be stronger than Daz but Zoro's bounty would only be a quick estimation (that's what first bounties are like)
