Minutes? More like years. Sasukes fire techs(enton aside) are nowhere near madara's level. Madara's legged susanno is better than sasukes. And madara knows more uchiha techs than sasuke. Genjutsu is the only iffy and even that I'd give to madara

I'm saying, whenever Sasuke unlocks PS is when Sasuke is greater than EMS Madara. As far as Sharingan techniques go, Sasuke technically has more. The only Sharingan technique I've seen from Madara is his Susano'o variants and his Genjutsu, nothing more.

Sasuke's set of eyes are obviously more powerful and as far as skill goes, Sasuke has more potential.

Logically, it will take Sasuke years to unlock PS but he'll unlock it in a few minutes nevertheless. Why? Naruto and Sasuke are fighting ninjas far, far beyond them. So, Sasuke needs a power-up, and he will get one because plot. These two are already far more powerful than 16-year-old Hashirama and Madara because of plot (they both power-up very, very quickly). It's a pattern that will continue.

Doubtful. Y? It defeats the purpose of bringing back the gokage and having the edo kage join. If anything sasuke will get it after this arc and naruto will get the other half of kurama after this as well.

I see where you are coming from but usually main characters defeat main villains. Thus, I was working on the assumption that Naruto and Sasuke would be the ones to defeat the villains. So, Sasuke needs a power-up. It would be poor writing to have the deuteragonist on the battlefield and do nothing with him while the Five Kage (who are only supporting characters) do something. Sasuke is a more important character than they are. Therefore, he will got more feats than they do. If he needs power-up to get those feats (which he does), he will get those necessary power-ups.

It looks more like kishi is going to make Sasuke AND Naruto surpass Madara by the end of the manga, which looks like it won't be too long from now, so I'm thinking more like Sasuke will surpass Madara at age 16/17

A kunai to the heart can also beat Sasuke. Thing is, Sasuke can kill the average fodder with a Kunai by merely looking at them. Onoki, while not a fodder, is no different.

OP: Jiraiya's age? Really? He'll surpass Madara at the peak of his prime at the very latest. A perfect Susano'o with Enton would put him on Madara's level. Then Kishimoto's obvious power up will put him well above Madara power wise. All he'll have to do then is surpass Madara in skill, knowledge, experience and wisdom, all things that can happen with time.

Age 25 - 30? Mate, note my words: they will surpass his even before their final battle, at age of 17. Naruto in one year went from guy who I could describe only as Jounin level shinobi to a guy who would shit on all current Kages in battle.
