For Pirate King....
The former strongest pirate had respect for him
and he almost started a war with shanks(most likely the current strongest pirate) which shanks knew he would have lost so he walked away....he is sooo strong I think he should become the pirate kind instead of luffy who is a fodder compared to buggy....maybe since buggy is sooo nice he might let luffy be in his crew
