On the second picture you see Minato with his outfit

Meaning he already gave Naruto a LOT of his chakra and most likely he's gonna give him everything

Well, Sasuke would have to be adapted to it better than he currently is. The reason Naruto is able to resonate so well with Kurama is because he is an Uzumaki, along with the fact that he has been Kurama's jinchuuriki since his birth.

Also, there is nothing to say that Sasuke would have Kurama's cooperation. I know he can control the beast externally with his Sharingan, but within his subconscious should be considerably different considering that he could only suppress Kurama's chakra at the beginning of part II and Obito could not go deep into the Bijuu subconscious with his Sharingan.

I think Minato just used up enough of the Kyuubi chakra to lose his cloak.

I don't think he gave Naruto Yin Kurama just yet. It'll probably be more dramatic than this.
