Konoha at that time likely could have solo'd the world. They had all the senjus and uchihas(after Madara and Izuna died) in that village as well as the bijuus. Load up the Uzumakis with the bijuus and go to work on the other villages if they try to stand up against them. They should have just been the central power figures since they were the smarted.

He is way too liberal and idealistic for my taste. I like him as a person, but clearly Tobirama made the better Kage. Hashi goes around looking like a little crybaby ***** in front of foreign delegates and bends over backwards for them while getting made fun of behind their backs, just like Obama. Hashi just has great charisma and is likeable, that's why he was voted in, similar to Obama. If it weren't for Tobirama, Konoha would have just looked like a joke in every other nation's eyes, just like Obama. Also, just like Obama, Hashirama's policies are not realistic. Obamacare sucks, and Hashirama's ideas seem similar.
