After hearing your words I order my clones to take a square formation. Then we start gathering our chakra and performing the snake hand seal. Upon doing so, we clap our palms together and slam the onto the ground. As we do so, we channel our chakra into the ground and force it to create a box of violet flames around us.

Now a general misconception of this technique is, that most believe it will completely remove your body from existence and everything around it. Well, when dying the black ink like will spread from the four seals, and shoot out in a splattering manner - It will then following emit nearly instantous into a pitch-black sphere reaching mid-range to all ranges of the user. It will then forcefully suck everything caught within, into the users corpse.

Now this renders everything sealed into the body useless. But the body of the dead is still there, capable of being extracted DNA from, if that's what you wish.

No questions. It gives me the opportunity to "take the opponent with me", so to say. The body acts as a scroll and seals anything within range it me. Since scrolls don't vanish after sealing something, neither does my body. All understood.

I go behind the curtain and take off my coat and shirt. Then I take the inkpot and the feather and I start copying the seals from the scroll onto my chest. Upon finishing, I show you, to make sure everything is right, before I add the necessary amount of chakra to act as a trigger.

After your check and correction, I add my chakra into the seal. I make sure to carefully and precisely add the required amount in order to achieve the specific effect, because I don't want the seal to go off prematurely or even to fail at all.

As you pass on the scroll I grab the quill and start drawing the symbol for confusion. Then I place my hand on the seal and start infusing it with chakra. With the precise and correct amount I hope to achieve the effects you have described: "have it burn itself into the skin of the opponent, and disrupt the chakra flow within that specific limb".

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilizing the illusion mark. When placed upon an opponent it fully incapacitates their ability to utilize any sort of genjutsu for four turns.

Describe how to do it: Place a seal on the opponent. Prior to that you obviously need to prepare the seal, storing a careful amount of chakra in a precise way so that it triggers the exact desired effect, which is preventing the opponent from using genjutsu for a period of time.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages: Genjutsu-free zone.
Disadvantages: Hard to get close enough to opponent and risk to place a seal when you could use the time to finish him off using other methods.
Combos and possible uses: This is more like a stand-alone technique that provides a supplementary effect, rather than being able to be used in a combination. However, maybe you can place a genjutsu on the opponent in order to immobilize him and get enough time to place the seal.
How to defend against it: Prevent the opponent from touching you or tear the seal from your body before it activates.
