Given premises 2, 7, and 11 Sasuke isn't hitting her easily. Given premise 1, all byakugou feats that do not reference healing are permissible. Sasuke loses.

Sasuke displayed feats that put him near Lee's base speed. Sakura didn't display any feats that put her on Sasuke's or Naruto's level. That was said sarcastically because of Sasuke saying that he will become Hokage. Well has Yata blocked all attacks? It did. Has Totsuka sealed everything it pierced? Yes, it did. That post was to simply mock you. That was the logic you were using yet you're denying it right now.

Sasuke still displayed the same feats as base Lee did. Copying Kage Buyō and keeping up/hitting Gaara through his ultimate defence. So there base speeds are relatively close to each other. Databook isn't always correct, it's best to go by the Manga btw.

I know weightless Lee was only slightly faster than base Sasuke and with CS2, Sasuke is probably a bit faster than base Lee but Sasuke can not keep up the CS2 forever and his speed will decrease as the fight prolongs, Tsunade's doesn't. Furthermore I fail to see how Tsunade is slower than the aforementioned when she was able to time attacks with Raikage. If Sasuke or Lee were at that fight, they'd only get in the way without being able to react to the ongoing situation in the Madara VS 5 Kages fight.

Sasuke stabs Tsunade with chidori before she can react because base part one Lee and part one Sasuke have been shown to have the speed to blitz not only experienced jounins, but kages as well as proven by the likes of Crossroads, Prince Charles and Shelke.

Exactly, it should be common knowledge that part 1 Sasuke is elite jonin/low kage tier and such can blitz kage level shinobi with his hax speed and evade all attacks due to 3T sharingan AS LONG as you restrict a random ability. Part 1 Sasuke>Ay w/o lightning armor, Hiruzen w/o Enma, or Jiraiya w/o summons, or Hanzo w/o poison.

Also, that Ae comment is not even funny. Do you even know what coordinated attack implies? That by no means indicates her speed is anywhere near Ae in V1 even, let alone V2.
