Chapters within the first and the ten chapter help to build up the tenth chapter (conclusion chapter).Since within 640 to 648 so far are more base on Sasuke behavior,development (Sage mode susano) ,hype (from Tobirama and Orichirama stated he surpassing Madara) we will see a power up from Sasuke.Since Sasuke merging his suano with Juugo chakra ,their could be a possible fusion of power or perfect Susano will be reveal with senju power.Other wild cards are Sasuke developing his own sage mode (from jugo dna in his chest) or Ems power reveal.

Naruto has gotten multiple power ups while sasuke only has the SMSusanoo. He is still due for another power up.

650 would be the perfect time for it to happen

or it might be when naruto's birthday arrives or even when we find out what "That Jutsu!" is or even when true power awakens in naruto and he gains so6p abilities etc then the real fun begins.

I can't wait for Sasuke to use the V4/Unstabilized Perfect Susano'o. It'll be a glorious day in the manga if he reveals PS on that chapter.
