1. Sasori: Worst possible match up... 1) Chiyo knows his moves, 2) Sakura had antidote to his poison. Despite all of that, in the final attack he chose to die so he really still could have won.
2. Deidara: Trolled by Sasuke escaping the blast... especially since Sasuke was practically as dead tired and out of chakra as Deidara.... though his troll was mostly getting a bad match up.
3. Kakuzu: Grew up during the same period as Hashirama... so take into account that and the fact he's 92 for experience.... then think of the following. 1) He decides he can't let Naruto hit him... so he goes to long range mode. 2) Naruto creates clones that don't even create a smoke screen (meaning there's no way he can move position... meaning Kakuzu can continue looking at and know which one is the real Naruto). 3) Despite going into long range mode with a Wind-Fire Combo attack that trumps a Fuuton alone, Kakuzu CHARGES NARUTO. 4) Despite not having any realistic way to swap places with a clone, Naruto somehow does, and the veteran Kakuzu decides instead of using overwhelming long range to go up close, and fall for a clone faint.
With as much experience and options as Kakuzu had... he wouldn't have charged Naruto, and especially in a long range mode. He got mad trolled.
4. Pain: got TNJ'd. Also, if you count the fact that Naruto was beat despite a handi-cap, but was saved indirectly by Hinata as a troll... then that too.
5. Konan: Random Uchiha eye technique that cheats death.
6. Kisame: Died like a badass, but suddenly Gai's attack made his ultimate move look like a joke.... was displeasing especially when he should have escaped by then.
7. Kabuto: Random Uchiha eye technique designed specifically to apply to him.
8. Shiro Zetsu: Sasuke being a **** for no reason.
9. Kuro Zetsu: Suddenly Chojiro's Hammer is a freaking slicing blade... plus a Mokuton body suddenly can't put itself back together.

Zetsu does matter... he was the closest thing to a REAL SHINOBI in this series....
