Thats why madara is gonna use his trump card. . why else would he use that if he had been successful in reviving himself via RT . .If he failed in reviving himself via RT(which eventually happened) then he gotta use trump card to revive himself and become juubi jin at the same time. .it's like hitting two birds with single shot. . trump card is the Key here

Based on my current knowledge it is impossible for Madara to become Juubi's jin or to revive himself ..as u mentioned in u r post Madara will do something to takeover Obito's body or to transfer his soul into Obito's body By using Hashirama's SM..
