Gaara still wins this; taijutsu is near to useless unless it is performed at high speeds and with the ability of maneveuring around the sand defense not to mention distance is too much for her; Tsunade can't do anything on her own; she would get sunk deep into sand waterfall Katsuyu ain't helping.

Gaara was able to take flight near in split second when Kimimaro's bones spiked up; he would have more than enough time to do that in this distance. Mei would get crushed by sand coffin without doing much; acid mist useless since Gaara is a long range fighter and all the other attacks are either get evaded o blocked by good amounts of sand.

He wins this.

Sand tsunami/berrial probably wont kill her but will take her out of acion. Sand rain affects both participants.Thats just moves he could use (not in the rigth emviiropnment to debate fully yet)

Gaara can easily go air borne, Tsunade has nothign in her arsenal that can defeat him

Sand becomes molten(melted/fluid like). When you cool it back down it turns to glass.

And how much lava does she need to do that to his entire sand capacity? remember he can make sand from minerals from the ground too. assuming she coudl do that to all the sand he posesses, she dies from exaustion
