Madara will most likely defeat Hashirama or render him useless; Hashirama defeating Madara doesn't advance the plot/storyline, this is only because Madara has Hashirama's powers, and will probably obtain some form of Sage mode from Hashirama, or however/whatever he plans on doing, I'm pretty sure on this.

Sasuke will be the one taking down Madara, if you ask me.. for obvious reasons.

Obito of course, being downed by Naruto.
