10: Hito Hito no Mi

By consuming the fruit, Chopper has been given human intelligence, allowing him to understand and communicate in human language. The fruit has also given Chopper the ability to perceive concepts such as medicine that a reindeer would not comprehend. It also allows him to transform into human/reindeer hybrid forms.
The fruit is further strengthened by the use of the Rumble Ball. This drug allows Chopper to access other forms of varying human and reindeer proportions. The Rumble Ball however is not a thing that should be applied as the consequences to the powers of the fruit and the user himself can be quite disastrous.

The major weakness of the fruit, in the case of Chopper, is that the forms it gives him do not outright resemble humans and are often mistaken for something else. Examples include his human form being mistaken for a gorilla and his human hybrid form being mistaken for a tanuki. This is what originally alienated Chopper from both deer and humans alike. However, despite this, one advantage of this is that Chopper can easily hide from enemies while in a form they have not seen before.

9: Inu Inu no Mi : Model Wolf

The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Jabra, is that its user gains more physical strength in their hybrid and full wolf forms, equivalent to that of a real wolf and more. Any physical fighting style that the user has, like the Rokushiki for example, is generally made more lethal with the additional strength bestowed upon them. Notably, carnivorous Zoan-types are said to be especially vicious. The user is also granted with the additional weapons of claws and fangs, which can be used effectively in attacks, and can greatly increase the potency of their normal fighting style techniques, as was demonstrated with Jabra's far more lethal Shigan while in half-wolf form.

8: Neko Neko no Mi : Model Leopard

This fruit allows Lucci to transform into a leopard and a giant leopard-human hybrid. As Zoan class Devil Fruits enhances physical capabilities the most, it is most favored by martial artists like Lucci. Also, being a carnivorous animal, Lucci is more bloodthirsty and predatory than a regular Zoan class user, proven when he mauled Luffy as an actual leopard.

7: Ushi Ushi no Mi : Model Giraffe

The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Kaku, is that it gives its user more strength and longer reach in their hybrid form. Initially, the powers of the fruit to turn into a giraffe and a half giraffe were mocked due to the animal itself and Kaku's rather blocky half giraffe form respectively.This mockery however was soon put aside when Kaku demonstrated how effective and deadly he was in his half giraffe form.

It has been noted by Zoro that the user of this fruit apparently has the unique weakness of having a long and very exposed neck which an attacker could exploit.This weakness however is not fully exploited due to Kaku's maneuvers, and is instead made into a strength in several of Kaku's moves.Other than that, the user is affected also by standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

6: Hebi Hebi no Mi : Model Anaconda

User: Boa Sandersonia

The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Sandersonia, is that along with physical strength gained from their transformed forms, they gain a long versatile body that they can use like a real anaconda. However, the tail of the form can be tied to an object to limit their movement and leaving them vulnerable. Sandersonia can also make her hair as hard as steel and in the shape of many snakes.

5: Hebi Hebi no Mi : Model King Cobra

The powers of the fruit have been used mostly by Marigold for combat purposes. With her long hybrid body gained from the fruit's powers, she is capable of striking her opponents at long range, constrict them, and spit lethal poison. She is also capable of igniting herself on fire which in turn grants the general consensus that she is flame resistant.

4: Drakes's unnamed ability

Drake can transform into a Theropoda Dinosaur (resembling a Giganotasaurus).In this form he is large and powerful enough to directly wound one of the Pacifista troops by biting it in the head, something that is quite difficult due to the cyborg's heavy armour (This occured pre time skip).It is also mentioned that the more carnivorous a Zoan fruit is, the fiercer the combat abilities gained from eating it, which suggests that Drake's Devil Fruit makes him a strong and formidable opponent. However, he was still vulnerable to the Pacifista's lasers. It also seems like Drake cannot (or simply does not want to) talk while in his full dinosaur form, as he only emitted screeching dinosaur noises while in this form.

3: Momonosukes unnamed ability (THEORIZED)

Momonosuke ate Vegapunk's man-made Zoan-type Devil Fruit that was considered a failure. "FAILURE". It transformed him into a serpentine dragon which allows him to seemingly fly, when in actuality he somehow produced clouds that he was able to grab onto and climbed up that way.

He did not know that he could produce and climb clouds, as he told Luffy he was stuck in the garbage dump when they met there.

The clouds can be hinting towards something: The Japanese thunder dragon aka the Rairyu

If this is true then his current dragon form is a baby form. His full dragon form would make him gigantic and be capable of controlling lightning and clouds.

2: Marco's unnamed ability

Marco's Devil Fruit enables him to transform into a phoenix. It is because of this ability that he is identified as "Marco the Phoenix".While this fruit's power is a Zoan, due to the uniqueness of the phoenix, the additional powers it grants may be considered similar to those of Paramecia (the somewhat "superhuman" power that affects the user's body: regeneration) and Logia (the generation of blue phoenix flames that makes him seem somewhat intangible).

This Devil Fruit gives Marco increased physical attributes (as is with all Zoan type) and the rare ability of flight, as well as the possibility of launching aerial attacks.

The fruit's greatest attribute, however, is that by transforming into a phoenix of blue flames at will, Marco can regenerate any wounds with the blue fire he generates, much like how a phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes. Because of this, Marco is very resilient and can take a huge amount of damage in his phoenix form with no visible consequence other than the time taken to regenerate. He was thus able to block a barrage of simultaneous lasers from Kizaru, and even intercepted, with the help of Busoshoku Haki, Akainu's magma punch, an attack that was so damaging it burned and eventually took the life of the fire Logia-user Ace; the latter feat suggests that phoenix flames are superior to Akainu's magma and Ace's fire, or this could have just been due to Marco's healing powers. These blue flames are not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire.

1: Hito Hito no Mi : Model Daibutsu

The main strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to transform into a giant, Buddha-like entity, gaining an extreme boost in strength to match his size. In this form, Sengoku's limbs grow out of proportion, giving him abnormally large arms and relatively tiny legs. His entire body takes on a golden hue, similar to a polished gold statue.

In addition to a full and hybrid transformation that are available to all Zoan Devil Fruit users, he can use palm thrusts to launch powerful shock waves.This fruit has no apparent weaknesses, aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

I would think Lucci's would be higher up. And are we considering what one can do with their fruit? If so, then Chopper should be Top 5, simply because he has all the different forms and their uses. Just my opinion.

No. 1 has to be Marco's DF, in my opinon. Sengoku's doesn't even come close. But Sengoku himself is OP. Marco's is intangible when fully transformed (like logia) and allows him to heal his wounds. And he can fly. That's too much. We haven't seen much of Sengoku's, but it does amplify his strength.

I'd move Lucci's to 7 or at best 5. The Giraffe fruit was only powerful because Kaku had a style that could benefit it.

Lucci's is more efficient as he has both a speed form and a monster strength form, the claws and teeth are quite dangerous. Though I'd say his abilities probably don't match past steel hair or combustion.

I'd also put Marco at 1 or 2 and the theorized Kaidou's fruit to number 1 most likely.

Marco is both a Logia and Zoan fused, has fire, fast speed because of flight (bringing strength), and can heal from wounds in addition to being pseudo Logia.

I'd kick off Momonosuke as his fruit isn't real... It's artificial. And if it was real... It's hard to know what powers it truly has.

I'd also say Green Bull may be a Zoan considering Kizaru is a Logis, and Fujitora a Paramecia. He may have a Mythical Zoan that's a Minotaur.
