Nah that's why Kurama said to his other half, "sorry for taking more charkra" if Naruto had it he would be able to get it directly from yin Kurama instead of yang Kurama.

. He seems to give Naruto the Karama chakra then resorts back to Chuunin outfit. If they are going to give everything they got to stop Obito,it's interesting that Minato resorts back to the regular Fourth hokage.

The question should be can the Kyruubi rejoin into one being even though it's sealed in its Jinchuurki. Kyruubi was out when it was separated into yang/yang which created two chakra beast out of one. Two beings with separate conscience. without " creation of all things" it may be stuck. Plus all they had to do was bump fist for naruto to receive the ying chakra.Like he did with the other tailed beast.

It's obvious because there are still 2 Kurama's, and one thanked the other for lending more chakra.

Kurama was separated w/o creations of all things, so obviously it wouldn't be needed to bring them back together. If both halves were sealed into the same body or both released they would become one being again.

Naruto gained a small piece of the other tailed beast with a simple fist bump.The dark kyuubi has passed far more of itself to Naruto than the fist bump provided.
I think the yang chakra is now with him and will slowly regenerate and bring Kurama back to his previous full strength, but we will see eventually.

Edit, Obito mentioned that only a small piece of the 8 and 9 tails would suffice in order to resurrect the 10 tails. So a small piece of Kurama's yang chakra returned to the yin should be similar.

Minato is unlikely to have as good a link with yin Kurama that Naruto has with yang Kurama so after giving Naruto that chakra his link with yin Kurama broke down like Naruto's link to yang Kurama did after he used the tailed beast mode for the first time remember that with an imperfect link there is a time limit to how long you can use a tailed beasts chakra.

Minato still have Yin Kurama. In 648, we can see Yang Kurama borrowing more power from Minato.
