User: Bartolomeo
This fruit allows Bartolomeo to form invisible barriers, though they can be solidified to become visibly transparent. This protects the user from attacks from either front or back. The barriers appear to be immovable by any outside force. The barriers are strong enough to defend against even Hack's high-powered punch, which injured said Hack's hand in return.
Even the shock wave produced from Elizabello II's punch, which could allegedly take down an entire fortress, could not breach the shield, nor the area behind it. The shield can also be used for offensive purposes, launching forward to create powerful forces to strike the targets. According to Bartolomeo, he can create his barriers by crossing his fingers.
It is unknown if the barriers have a damage limit, but so far the ability appears to react to considerable amounts of force, as Bellamy was able to touch Bartolomeo with an outstretched hand, rather than a punch;as well as the barrier reacting to Hack's punch while Bartolomeo wasn't facing him, this may indicate a passively-active fruit.
9: Mero Mero no Mi
User: Boa Hancock
This fruit isable to transform those who lust or love after the Hancock into stone in varying degrees by using their "dirty thoughts". Victims that have been completely turned to stone are incapable of consciousness and susceptible to physical damage unless the user de-petrifies them.
Petrification can also be achieved through physically striking an opponent, although the only area that is turned to stone is the contacted area, as opposed to the entire body. Inanimate objects are also susceptible to the fruit's power.
While the fruit's powers, specifically the aforementioned technique, use the focused lust of a user's victim to fuel the petrification, if the intended targets have no lust towards the user, then the powers are nullified. This can be achieved either by being distracted by other emotions, such as pain and fear, or by simply lacking lust to begin with.
Apparently, once the petrification takes effect, the victim(s) experience a state of suspended animation where their subjective sense of time is completely halted by the fruit's power, effectively making it look to them as though time itself has stopped from the victim's point of perspective, and will last this way until Hancock chooses to relinquish their petrified states.
8: Jozu's unnamed ability
User: Jozu
Jozu can transform parts and most likely all of his body, into diamond. This power has earned him the nickname "Diamond Jozu".It is possibly a Logia-type due to the fact that he can willingly transform his entire body into an element, something that distinguishes Logia-users from Paramecia-users. But due to the lack of information it can just as likely be a Paramecia-type, due to the fact he did not reform his arm after it was severed.
He also hasn't been seen producing diamond outside the perimeter of his body, which is one of the common characteristics of Logia-users. This implies that it could be a fruit that grants the user the power to encase himself rather than transforming. Even though, as recently seen, Aokiji wasn't able to reform his leg either, therefore making the argument that it is a Paramecia-type fruit.
Jozu's powers give him the ability to greatly increase his offensive and defensive capabilities, as his already strong physical attacks are enhanced by the density of his diamond body. His defenses seem to enhance exponentially, and he is able to block the strongest slash in the world from the world's greatest swordsman, Shichibukai Dracule Mihawk, with no visible damage to himself as diamond is the second hardest substance in the One Piece world (behind Kairoseki).
7: Ope Ope no Mi
User: Trafalgar Law
The Ope Ope no Mi allows Trafalgar to manipulate anything within a specific area, such as people, cannonballs, and ships in what was described as a "surgical" manner, within a spherical territory bordered by a light blue aura. Through this ability, Law can dismember people from a distance without harming them, lift or displace objects of any size and switch peoples' "hearts", which is shown to effectively switch minds. From its first appearance, Law developed this ability to a great extent over the timeskip as now his "Room" covers a much larger area than it did before.
He can also attach separated parts in any manner he sees fit, such as sticking someone's head to a barrel. People separated by this ability aren't killed and can still feel their separated parts, regardless of the distance. He has also demonstrated being able to apply his ability for medical purposes, as seen when he cured the giant children from their addiction brought by Caesar's drugs.
A drawback to the fruit is that the user of the Ope Ope no Mi can only use its powers within a specific area, so if the target moves outside the area, they are immune to its powers. It appears that Law has to make hand gestures to use certain attacks. Furthermore, while Law can control everything within a particular area, if he is not focused on an opponent they can still move freely, as seen when Vergo was able to retrieve Law's heart while he was distracted. It was also hinted by Smoker that a Logia's intangibility may offer some level of protection from the fruit's powers, since he was seen confronting Law head-on in partial smoke form without having any part of him jumbled up.
6: Doku Doku no Mi
User: Magellan
Magellan has the ability to produce and control various types of poison. The types of poison they can produce can vary in strength and forms, which can be as simple as breathing out minor poison gas, or as complex as being concentrated and corrosive indigo-colored liquid produced directly out of their own body. Having a body that is completely covered in poison at will, any person who touches the user will be poisoned. The fruit also grants the user immunity from poison as well. The user appears to have full control of any poison he releases, whether it be in liquid or gaseous form.
Fire has some neutralizing effect against the liquid poison the user produces. Another weakness is that while Magellan is immune to poison, if he consumes it, he gets diarrhea that usually has him confined to the bathroom for most of the day.Certain non-organic materials, such as Mr. 3's wax, are resistant to most of the poisons the user produces. The special Kinjite poison that the user can produce, however, is so potent that it is able to bypass the wax and even through stone, meaning it is possibly acidic as well.
Because of this ability : It's incredibly risky and dangerous to fight Magellan in close combat without being prepared (e.g. with an antidote to his Liquid purple poison).
5: Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
User: Bartholomew Kuma
The first and foremost strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Kuma, is that the user is able to push virtually anything they touch and send it flying at an extremely high speed. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials such as air.
Kuma can even reflect the sensation of physical pain. This power offers the user an incredible advantage in battle, allowing them to deflect any attack. They are also able to harness their abilities to perform offensive maneuvers, such as repelling the very air around them at very high speed. These attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw-shaped imprints in rock.
One misconception about the powers of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is that it gives its user the ability to transport at will. However, this assumption is incorrect. Rather than teleport, Kuma uses the incredible speed of his Devil Fruit power to propel himself across certain distances, the speed of which is near instantaneous, though he has not actually been seen pushing himself to another location.
While Kuma is able to deflect attacks, he can only do so by using their bare hands. If the user's hands are otherwise occupied, being caught off guard for instance, they will receive damage from an attack that could have been otherwise averted.
4: Doflamingo's unnamed ability
User: Donquixote Doflamingo
This fruit is unclear as of whether it uses strings or wires. However we do know that Doflamingo can create or produce said strings or wires from his finger tips and utilize them for many different tasks , for example he can use them to puppeteer an enemy or other person.
This power also grants Doflamingo the ability to finely cut objects ; whether this is because of Haki or because of the strings or wires being incredibly sharp is yet to be certain. Doflamingo has been seen to easily shred and tear up his surroundings : he even cut through Oz's leg as if it wasn't there which indicates he is capable of cutting things much much harder than rock.
Doflamingo has also been shown to use his fruit to "fly" or transport himself within the air : He is supposedly an aerial combat specialist. The fruit requires Doflamingo to make many complicated finger gestures which indicate that the fruit requires a lot of skill to use.
3: Fuwa Fuwa no Mi
User: Shiki
The primary strength of this fruit lies in gravity, with which the user can control as well as bypass, in which Shiki can control himself and objects (non-living things) and make them levitate after touching them once, regardless of how heavy they are in reality. Essentially, this ability is similar to telekinesis.
The abilities of this Devil Fruit allows Shiki to control nearby objects, including ones as large as warships. Once an object has been levitated, it will remain floating until he commands otherwise, or if he is defeated in battle. The ability to fly gives him a great advantage in combat, because it enables him to avoid many different types of attacks with relative ease, while he can attack from a distance with his swords or with his own powers. He also can use big objects like rocks to block attacks.
He can use his Devil Fruit power in a variety of forms, like dropping huge objects onto his enemies or raising and crushing the land on which they are standing, to sending out relayed messages by sending a tone dial to the receiver's direction. In addition, he has also used his power to manipulate and remodel the surrounding environment, such as fashioning stone, debris and snow into roaring lions which charge onto the enemy. Shiki can even make water float to drown enemies in it. With the incredible versatility of this ability, this makes the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi one of the most powerful Paramecia-class Devil Fruits.
2: Fujitora's unnamed ability
User: Isshou/Fujitora
Isshou has an ability to manipulate unseen force around a chosen location at his will. Firstly, he used this power to create an unseen force of such intensity that it caused some thugs to be pressed heavily against the floor, which caved in to create a gigantic hole as a result.
Later, he used immense amounts of this unseen force to accomplish other feats, such as causing a meteor to fall from the sky.He also uses this unseen force reversely to create a circular barrier around him which repels attacks. As a testament of his power, he stated the act he perform was merely testing his strength. He usually unsheathes his sword in order to create such forces.
It is commonly believed that this devil fruit (even though it hasn't been mentioned) grants the user complete and total control over gravity within the surrounding area.
1: Gura Gura no Mi
User: Edward Newgate + Marshall D. Teach
This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to generate massive vibrations, or shock waves, which can travel though virtually any medium, including the ground, the seafloor, or even in the air.
The fruit is capable of devastating an entire island with ease, although its limitations are noticeable: it took repeated usages to come close to destroying the Marine base at Marineford (in fact, Whitebeard failed to do so before dying, and Blackbeard almost completed the task); the shock waves were blocked by the siege wall (albeit it was made from an especially strong metal superior to ordinary steel or kairoseki), and Admiral Aokiji was capable of stopping the tsunami. It should be noted, however, that only after Ace's death did Whitebeard truly attempt to erase Marineford in his anger, but it was Teach who truly was willing to destroy the island using both of his Devil Fruit powers. Although neither men succeeded in sinking the island (having both been stopped and the latter lacking enough control over the power), the resulting aftershocks and tsunami were felt far away from Marineford.
This Devil Fruit's powers are most noted to be a hazard to both friend and foe alike, as noted by both the Whitebeard and Blackbeard Pirates. This is largely because, although the user seems to be able to control both the magnitude of the shock wave and its point of impact, the quakes produced by said shock waves are indiscriminate in their effects. Because of this, allies of the user must be prepared for the impacts unless they want to become unintended victims of them.
