Sasuke's lost seal and Juugo question

Why did Itachi bother getting rid of sasuke's seal again?

I'll admit I'm confused. Here is what I know/think

1. To prevent Oro from taking over Sasuke's body in his rebirth.
2. To keep the seal from "engulfing" him.

Am I missing something? What are the effects of the seal again?

Oh and the thing about juugo and nature chakra he is giving via curse... Juugo isn't know for being stable. Ever. No way "Mastery" over it should be possible to any effect. How well do you think it will work? or how long? Neither are known for their abundance of chakra

Sasuke with Susano'o Sage Mode was a complete asspull form Kishi.
He can only have it when he has Susano'o activated and when Juugo's around, so without Juugo, Sasuke can't touch Obito; while Naruto can tap in and out of his Sage Mode manually by himself.

Really? Because by late recollection, Naruto needed Minato just as Sasuke needed Juugo.

Those are some of the reason, one of the main reason was that Itachi wanted Sasuke to use his own power as a proud Uchiha (the Sharingan) since he planned out the battle so Sasuke can awaken his MS and have his eyes for EMS. The CM does make it's user servant to Orochimaru over time as well so that also had a reason for it. Also getting rid or Orochimaru. But that is why his curse seal was taken away instead of only Orochimaru and why I said before that Sasuke wouldn't be getting the CM again because it went against what Itachi wanted and it's an old power when Sasuke needs new things which would involve his eyes because he has the Sages eye and Naruto has the Sage's body.

OT: Orochimaru used the Curse Seal to hide within his subjects, thus by Itachi removing Orochimaru from Sasuke's body he lost the curse seal. The curse seal is simply Juugo's DNA infused with Orochimaru's chakra.
