the chakra minato gave to naruto is the part he sealed within him so since naruto already has his share of kurama chakra

he uses bijuu mode by using minato's part naruto is able to use bijuu mode again

unlike in sasuke'es case he uses another chr's ability to improve himself kinda different

Jugo's cursed seal is just pure senjutsu whereas the curse mark that Sasuke received from Orochimaru was connected to Oro who could take over his body at anytime like we saw vs Itachi. Sasuke right now only has the senjutsu chakra, without Orochimaru's influence.
