Sasuke is using jugos chakra/ability curse mark to use senjutsu he's not using the cells from sasukes body so no it's not like they are one person because they are not one person obito is not hashirama is he even though he has hashiramas cells in him

OT:-NO ,kid .....naruto learnt SM but sasuke has to borrow juugo's power =D*_* ....juugo's have not a proper SM its just a little bit natural chakra in a curse seal...and ITs a huge difference Between juugo and naruto's SM
BTW kyuubi was sealed in naruto against his wish long ago and juugo is not sealed in sasuke =D
sasuke fans NOWADAYS very excited that they are blabering that sasuke is now equals to naruto but kids wait for nxt chapter , naruto didnt showed his BSM powers yet
