Sasuke had been fighting in his base state and normal susanoo before we used PS.
I mean he spent a lot of chakra, that kyuubi chakra which he got is just the replacement of his lost chakra.

Not once have we seen Sasuke stabilize his Susanoo and produce a Perfect Susanoo, don't be confused by him simply creating legs on his Susanoo.
