Mokuton Kiba solos most of the Akatsuki?

Do you think Kiba with Mokuton could solo most of the akatsukis?
If Kiba creates the flower world and jumps up on his wood dragon or just merges with the tree roots he should be able to take out 99.09% of the Akatsuki members. No?
Hell Kiba with Mokuton could control the tailed beasts..
Hell Sakura with Mokuton solos all the Akatsukis and 99% of Naruto universe!

Even if he had mokuton he won't be able to beat more than 3 at once and I think the same for hashirama because let's say hashirama goes up against obito who hashirama won't be able to hit plus the third sage of six paths nagato and itachi hashirama gets beat before it starts

Hashirama isn't clearly above nagato that's still debatable and obito who has only been hit with the use of space time tech and kisame who has some of the largest techs

Kabuto before implanting all the different shinobi dna in himself was a very low ranked ninja.
Nagato without the Rennigan was a low ranked too
Naruto without the fox is pretty much nothing
Same thing could be done to kiba, with Mokuton Kiba would be on par with Hashirama and Madara.
