My personal prediction of when dragon will meet luffy?

Will be soon after Luffy takes out a Yonko. It is around then when Luffy has sparked Dragon's interest even more and wants to tell luffy more about the state of the world and what will happen without a 4th yonko. Dragon will then realize Luffy will be a key player in what will happen in the world. It has been many episodes that viewers have been left in the dark about the revolutionaries, who are the commanders, what are the revolutionaries plans, Does it go deeper than them just going against the world government, and how powerful are they?

Does anyone agree that questions need to be answered or do you just disagree?

(Did anyone see that at 0:11 that person standing in the back round looks like Aokiji?
