When the sannin used to fight together, did Tsunade just sit back and do nothing?

unlock Sakura, she was useful. Sure Tsunade is primarily a healer, but she was "the reason" they won the 2nd war according to Jiraiya and I think Chiyo. Jiraiya and Oro were probably the frontliners, but she probably participated almost as much.

So unlike other ninjas tsunade was and is still one of zhe usefullst charackters in naruto
Thats why she had become a sannin and hokage of the leaf
