The Naruto Time Skip Arc

So Shippuden is a 4 year time-skip arc, in which Everyone didn't learn a single new technique or any major improvements in their repertoire, also Naruto is the only one to learn all kinds of techs in such a short period of time.

while all the other characters gets nothing!

Neji, called a genius, learns nothing new, dies.
Rock Lee, same techs.
Shino, same techs.
Kiba "re-learns" shadow clone no-jutsu, adds a third head in his animal transformation.
Except Sasuke.

I'm just saying, what a waste of a time-skip, vanity!

It really was wasted potential. We're led to believe all Naruto did in his 3 years was watch his pervy (bad) sensei be a *** pest and almost kill him as the kyuubi condition got worse. He still needed a shadow clone to do the rasengan for christ sake. No wonder Kakashi, Sai and Sasuke kicked his ass.

Naruto should've learned one new minor technique and Odama rasengan. The AKATSUKI were after him for gods sake, I can't believe Jiraiya would be irresponsible enough to do nothing.

Sakura and Sasuke grew and hey, Neji apparently made Jounin. Do we ever get any proof of this? Nope.

Naruto should've learned his chakra affinity in the time skip, he should have developed new Fuuton tech's, he should've mastered the Rasengan with a single hand, he should've brushed up on his taijutsu and ninja weapon skills, but no.

Considering the fact that Naruto is the protagonist, he learned/developed the least in the time skip, rather disappointing.

Naruto learned sag sage mode and to harness his natural affinity other then that you can count the justu he knows on one hand

Everything else has been a variation.

The others have already learned more justu then naruto from the start.

And when exactly have any of them had the chance to show any of their justu ?
And why would you expect them to show off a various justu in a battle where none of the justu would even be relevant of have a chance at inflicting damage ?
