Obito never learned to harness natural energy. The SO6P had sage mode, Juubito is probably half the strength of SO6P without sage mode.

That's probably why sage mode is a weakness, if he had mastered SM it probably would afford him protection against it.

It might give Juubito a version of SM like Jugo has but that's not the same as conscious mastery of SM.

That's why this thread makes sense nonetheless. Obito, even with nature energy, wouldn't be as strong as the Sage in his prime.

This is true, being infused with the Juubi naturally draws nature energy to him, but imagine if he had true SM mastery like Naruto. There's probably a big difference between natural energy drifting into you and consciously pulling it into you.

I think you're right, he's just tossed out a few attacks assuming they would all die, only to be surprised most of the alliance survived. If he used his crazy speed and just bum-rushed into the alliance slicing up everyone with the black all-element chakra he would annihilate them.
