No it actually does not work that way.
Author clearly does not interpret the location of heart same as the basic anatomy, few examples:

Location of 8th gate(which is located in heart) is at the left side of the body; according to author's interpretation:

And when Obito got pierced through his "heart"; it was also at left side of his body:

This indicates that where kusanagi pierced her was not directly her heart; according to author's showcase of anatomy.

I merely stated according to author's showcase; heart is not right in the middle.

The pic about gates is where they are located; author directly placed the 8th one; the one located in heart at the left side of the body; which suggests heart is there as well. Even if it is bigger than the cube; its size is more likely not big enough to be a part of middle of the chest.

About Obito; his arm is not pierced; there are white lines seen that puts the seperation between his arm and chest; when looked at closely. The place Kakashi pirced is still not through mid section; or atleast not through where Kusanagi pierced Obito.

Sasuke takes this low difference. This isn't even debatable. He's faster than V1 Ae, as he dodged his elbow blow without breaking a sweat. Genjutsu lapse is up there, and not to mention Nagashi, Chidori Spear for long range movement. The guy is too freaking fast and lethal for her. She has no chance against Hebi Sasuke.

She tanked worse things than that.

OT: If Sasuke has Aoda and Manda he wins. If not I can see Tsunade winning this.

You must be joking. When Sasuke used Chidori on Ae, the entire surrounding hall blew apart. The scale of distruction was immense for a stealth technique. There is no way in hell she'll survive, if her heart and entire chest blows up to smithereens.
