First its due. Second, Kyuubi chakra has been shown to enhance the power of techniques, but never the development. If you say that Naruto's kyuubi cloak is the reason for his current susanno with legs the what will you say when he showcases PS.

Also from what we have seen susano is linked to ms and ems susano changes when u gaingreater mastery over ms or ems also, sasuke full ems powers has never been shown so we dnt knw what he is capable of, and sasuke was already looking displeased when he sees how powerful naruto is so why the **** would he act so cocky knowing his power is naruto??? U can't tell me because everyone knows sasuke doesn't want to feel inferior to naruto so again why would he act cocky like that if he knws that not his power

Also susano advances with control over the susano chakra like complete susano, final susano and perfect susano

Thanks for pointing out my error, I don't think Sasuke has a huge chakra poll as Madara's to create a full bodied susanoo on his owed.

That is for Kishi to decide it was never elaborated on if EMS grants greater. Besides a lot of Madara's chakra prowess can be a result of Hashi cells. Madara was a lot weaker in the past.

I've already written about this but here goes:

Post hoc ergo propter hoc logical fallacy.

Sasuke has gradually improved his Sussano from ribcage to incomplete to complete to final. He did this w/o the cloak. It's reasonable to assume, he achieved the next stage on his own like he did all the other stages because it's an established pattern. He couldn't do that without EMS because MS put him in a lot of pain. If you have to two options to explain something (1-Sasuke's improving skill w/ Sussano or 2-Sasuke's skill plus the cloak), it's always logically better to go with the simpler solution. (says my philosophy professor often)

The KM Enhancement Cloak only goes as far as increasing the power/strength as well as range of a person's current abilities. It cannot go as far as developing Susanoo; the occurrence/development of legs are practically part of its "anatomy." I say he would still have the legs without the KM Cloak.
