TBF Gaara doesn't really change other than knowing new trickss to use his sand for.

Sakura can end part 1 Naruto before it got serious if it were not a plot protected fight. Which doesn't say much for her anyways since it is a part 1 character.

Sasuke is a different case, because he actually has some ninja skill in part 1 as apposed to naruto.

Yes after he got into kyubi cloak that's the point. She can take this she is stronger than a part 1 Naruto she is strong enough to render him unconcious or even poison him/sleep. So basically anyone who can't decapitate head/limbs loses since he will just regenerate i suppose?
