-Mirage Genjutsu will screw with Kakuzu's vision, and this isn't the conventional Genjutsu, it affects the opponent via sight so he doesn't need to have a brain for this to work.

-Kakuzu can't find the clam nor can he destroy the clam.

-Domu is not a factor here when he won't know to activate it, due to seeing fake images of the Mizukage, he won't know when the real one attacks.

Result? Mizukage uses the illusion as cover to snipe every one of the masks with Water Gun or Joki Boy.
