Nope. Shisui would make the best Hokage. FACT: Shisui is the most sincere and kind-hearted Uchiha. He is also willing to sacrifice his life for the sake of the village and has done, so therefore he deserves the title. :yeah:

Itachi would also be an exceptional candidate but unfortunately about half of his abilities can still be countered. :dunno:
A Hokage needs to be powerful, untouchable, sincere and loyal. Shisui has all these qualities.

Yeah and the fact Danzo was scared of him is proof. Itachi would have rocked. Intelligent, calm, and powerful. In the few moments we've seen him with a child Sasuke and a freaked out Naruto(vs Nagato) he showed a stern, but calm side that would make him an ideal teacher.
