First off, I had to try very hard to not laugh at the first line. Second, we don't know Karin's heritage, so we don't know if she's a pure-blood. Most likely not since the Uzamaki were scattered. 3rd, the recent chapters should be very clearly shows why Naruto would be a better jinchuriki than Karin. Karin doesn't have senjutsu, so she's incapable of mixing those 2 powers like Naruto can. In other words, this automatically makes Naruto the strongest jinchuriki to exist other than those of the 10 tails.
I think he means before the friendship thing. As in containment and utilization of the chakra given. Like how Naruto could tap into the seal and use that chakra against Neji.
But when all is said and done, only Nardo can get to perfect jin status out of these uzumakis.

It is not that every Uzumaki can host Kyubi..Kushina born with strongest chakra even among Uzumaki and so is Naruto & Mito...
Since Naruto is a host of 50% Kyubi, I can't find a reason Y Karin can't host 50 % Kyubi....
But Naruto is a better Jin than Karin his chakra's pool > Karin & his chakra is stronger than Karin's chakra & is = Kushina

even still all jinchuurikis would have gone through the trouble that naruto had the only one who is hinted at perfecting kurama is mito as she was said to have been able to sense negative emotions and kushina she was a special exception in the uzumaki clan thats why she was chosen and its kushinas blood that runs through naruto so the way i see it 50% kushina dna >> karins 100% dna
karin has never been complimented on special chakra that is on kushinas level so this argument is like saying fodder uzumaki>>>naruto in being kurama jinchuuriki despite naruto achieving the ultimate goal for a jinchuuriki

But they don't realize it's something useless.
Naruto would literally die if Kurama was to be removed from him. The extraction would kill him.
It's part of his body. Kurama and Naruto share the same body.
Besides, if Karin was the chosen one to be the host, then she'd have a life similar to the one Naruto had. She might have ended up considered dumb and untalented like Naruto in part 1. Well, he's still considered dumb...
But talent is a more delicate thing. If you train hard enough, people will start calling you talented, so it's useless to talk about it.
It's more complicated than that, since Kurama shaped the life of his host. He'd shape the life of Karin as well.
And I honestly doubt Karin would have more chakra than Naruto. Because if the chakra from Kurama is considered infinite compared to those of humans, then it wouldn't make a difference. It's like comparing 100,01 to 100,011. She probably wouldn't be able to have her perfect chakra control either, since Kurama would mess with it. It means she wouldn't have any ability like healing or sensing.
We don't know whether she really is pure blood, though.
