I am biased because i love itachi but he definitely would have been a great Hokage. During Hashirama's flashback story Sarutobi even mentioned that Itachi thought like a hokage at the age of 7

About Minato , it's not exactly his fault that Obito ran away like a little ***** . Might aswell just blame Kakashi for not erasing Obito for good in the Kamui world .

See, Hashirama did everything he could to stop Madara , he dnt want to kill his friend (Just like Itachi dnt want to kill his clan)
but he failed to stop him and forced to kill Madara...Hashirama made sure that he killed Madara but somehow Mady managed to survive, u can't expect Hashirama to stay along with Madara for 1 or 2 days to conform his death ..

again if itachi was in minato's place he would've done what he needed to do and stopped/killed obito

See Bro everyone wants to achive peace and they did everything they could to achive that even Madara, but thay failed in d end bcoz of various reasons , Itachi isn't an exception
