Itachi might be a strong shinobi but he being the hokage doesnt suit much. He is more like a serious guy with a very dull past.

On a slightly related Note, I think Snape would have made a great headmaster. He was headmaster temporarily, and had to work hard to protect the students while maintaining his cover and pretending to be loyal to Voldemort. Under normal circumstances, he would have been an awesome headmaster. (IF you would claim that Snape is too biased, recall how in the first book Dumbledore gave Gryffendor like 400 extra points just because he felt like it.)

Um. Hard to say. In the end remember he was still an overly strict and even cruel man with strong bias and a hobby in the dark arts. A brave selfless man of course, who sacrificed himself for his love but that was still his personality. Hogwarts would suckk.
